L6935 is a high performance 3A ULDO linear regulator featuring an up to 5V input voltage range, max RDS(on) of 60 mOhm, 35µA shut-down current, 3A maximum output current, split bias and power supplies, an adjustable output voltage range of 0.5V to 3.0V, excellent load and line regulation accuracy of 1% (over temperature), MLCC supported, programmable soft start, short circuit protection, 3.5A overcurrent protection, thermal shut-down, and a VFQFPN20 4 x 4 x 1.0 mm package
