The document describes a dual DC-DC converter called STOD02, which is designed to power AMOLED displays. The converter features step-up and inverter converters, an operating input voltage range from 2.5V to 4.5V, synchronous rectification for both converters, a maximum output current of 150mA, a fixed positive output voltage of 4.6V, and a programmable negative voltage from -2.3V to -5.9V. It also has a typical efficiency of 85%, pulse skipping mode in light load condition, PWM mode control switching frequency of 1.6MHz, shutdown mode with low quiescent current, soft-start with inrush current protection, over temperature protection, and a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The converter is suitable for active matrix organic LED power supply, mobile phones, PDAs, camcorders, and digital still cameras.
