It has a high-speed clock of 10 MHz and operates on a single supply voltage. The M95080 operates on 4.5 V to 5.5 V, M95080-W operates on 2.5 V to 5.5 V, and M95080-R operates on 1.8 V to 5.5 V. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C up to +85°C. It has enhanced ESD protection, with more than 1 million Write cycles and more than 40-year data retention.
