ST M24512-W M24512-R M24512-DR M24512-DF 512-Kbit serial I C bus EEPROM handbook

This datasheet describes the STMicroelectronics M24512 series of 512 Kbit (64 Kbytes) EEPROM devices. The devices are available in four versions: M24512-W, M24512-R, M24512-DR and M24512-DF. The M24512 series EEPROM devices are compatible with all I2C bus modes, operate with a supply voltage of 1.7V to 5.5V and have a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The M24512 series EEPROM devices offer random read and sequential read modes, write protection and enhanced ESD/Latch-Up protection.
