This document describes the features and characteristics of the HMC304MS8 GaAs MMIC high IP3 single-balanced SMT mixer. The mixer has a high dynamic range, does not require external components or bias, has 30dB LO/RF isolation, and is housed in an ultra-small MSOP8 package. It is ideal for various high dynamic range applications.
