The HMC306MS10 is a broadband 5-bit positive control GaAs IC digital attenuator designed for the frequency range of 0.7 to 3.8 GHz. It has a typical insertion loss of less than 1.5 to 2.3 dB and a total attenuation of 15.5 dB. The attenuation accuracy is ±0.25 dB and it features a miniature package and low power consumption.
