UC1711 and UC3711 are dual channel ultra-high-speed FET drivers with 25ns rise and fall time, 15ns propagation delay, 1.5A output drive capability, and a supply voltage range of 5V to 35V. They are made with a high-speed Schottky NPN process to optimize switching speed, temperature stability, and radiation resistance. These devices have inverting logic, TTL-compatible inputs, and output stages that can either source or sink current in excess of 1.5A with minimal cross-conduction charge. The channels are well matched and can be paralleled for doubled output current capability.
