The Intel 8XC198 is an 8-bit CMOS microcontroller based on the MCS-96 architecture. It features 8 Kbytes of CTPROM or On-Chip OTPROM/ROM operating at up to 16 MHz, along with a 232-byte register file and high-speed I/O subsystems.
