This document is a manual that contains important instructions and warnings regarding the assembly and use of a product. The product is manufactured by Top Flite Models and is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any component parts damaged by use or modification. Top Flite does not assume any liability for damage resulting from the use of the user-assembled product, as they have no control over the final assembly or materials used. If the buyer is not willing to accept the liability associated with the use of the product, it is advised to return the kit in new and unused condition. To make a warranty claim, the defective part or item should be sent to Hobby Services along with a letter stating the name, return shipping address, contact information, detailed description of the problem, and a photocopy of the purchase receipt. Upon receipt, the problem will be evaluated.
