This document introduces the features and characteristics of ProTekDevices' USB004 product. The product is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor array, which is applicable in USB interface ports, cellular phones, video, handheld electronics, and personal computers. It features ESD protection over 40 kilovolts, 225 milliwatt continuous power dissipation, low leakage current, and ultra-low capacitance.
