About this manual

The ADP1053 is a 3-channel digital power supply controller designed for both isolated and non-isolated DC-to-DC converter applications. Based on voltage mode PWM architecture, it provides control, monitoring, and protection for up to three independent channel outputs via an eight flexible PWM engine.

Key features include programmable switching frequencies from 50 kHz to 625 kHz with internal or external synchronization, differential voltage sensing, fast current sensing, and extensive protection mechanisms such as overcurrent (OCP), undervoltage (UVP), overvoltage (OVP), and overtemperature (OTP). The device communicates via a PMBus/I²C interface for calibration and parameter programming.
