ANALOG DEVICES AD9914 handbook

It features high-resolution frequency and phase tuning, enabling automatic linear and nonlinear frequency sweeping, and has a wide dynamic range. The product also has multichip synchronization capability and is suitable for applications such as frequency synthesis, programmable clock generators, radar, and scanning systems.
