About this manual

The TAS5001 is a true digital audio amplifier (TDAA) PCM-PWM modulator device designed for high-quality digital audio amplification. It accepts a serial PCM digital audio stream and converts it to a 3.3-V PWM audio stream, compatible with the TAS5100 PWM power output device. The device supports 16-, 20-, or 24-bit input data and sampling rates of 32-kHz, 44.1-kHz, 48-kHz, 88.2-kHz, and 96-kHz.
