MOCD213M is a dual channel phototransistor small outline surface mount optocoupler. It is U.L. and VDE recognized, with a minimum current transfer ratio of 100% and a minimum BVCEO of 70 volts. It is suitable for feedback control circuits, interfacing and coupling systems of different potentials and impedances, general purpose switching circuits, and monitor and detection circuits.
