MOCD207M, MOCD208M is a dual channel optocoupler produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It has a compact surface mount package and can meet various potential and impedance interface and coupling systems, and has high input-output isolation.
The MOCD207M and MOCD208M are dual channel optocouplers consisting of two silicon phototransistors optically coupled to two GaAs infrared LEDs. These devices are constructed in a small outline surface mount package which conforms to the standard SOIC-8 footprint. They feature closely matched current transfer ratios to minimize unit-to-unit variation and offer high input-output isolation of 2500 Vac (rms).
| Input-Output Isolation Voltage | 2500 Vac (rms) |
|---|---|
| Collector-Emitter Voltage | 70 V |
| Forward Current (Continuous) | 60 mA |
| Collector Current (Continuous) | 150 mA |
| Ambient Operating Temperature Range | -40 to +100 °C |
| Package Type | SOIC-8 |
They are suitable for feedback control circuits, interfacing systems of different potentials, general purpose switching circuits, and monitor/detection circuits.
The typical current transfer ratio is 200% at 10mA input current and 5V collector-emitter voltage.
