HCPL0XXX is a high speed transistor optocoupler produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It has a speed of 1 Mbit/s, a minimum common mode transient immunity of 15 kV/µs, and is suitable for line receivers, pulse transformer replacements, output interfaces to CMOS-LSTTL-TTL and other applications.
This document provides technical specifications for Fairchild Semiconductor's High Speed Transistor Optocouplers. The series includes single channel devices (HCPL0452, HCPL0453, HCPL0500, HCPL0501) and dual channel devices (HCPL0530, HCPL0531, HCPL0534). These components feature an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high speed photo-detector transistor housed in a compact 8-pin small outline package.
