Hanna Instruments reserves the right to modify the design, construction and appearance of its products without advance notice. The HI 98121 Waterproof pH/ORP and Temperature Meter comes with a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, defects in workmanship and materials will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The electrode is covered for six months. The warranty does not cover damages due to accident, misuse, tampering, or lack of prescribed maintenance. If service is required, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the instrument. When reporting under warranty, provide the model number, date of purchase, serial number, and nature of the failure. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, you will be notified of the charges incurred. To return the instrument to Hanna Instruments, obtain a Returned Goods Authorization Number from the Customer Service department and send it with prepaid shipment costs.
