This is the instruction manual for HI 95715 Ammonia Medium Range ISM
The HI 95715 is an auto-diagnostic portable microprocessor meter designed to measure ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) content in water samples within a range of 0.00 to 9.99 mg/L. It utilizes an advanced optical system based on a Light Emitting Diode (LED) light source and a narrow band interference filter to ensure accurate and repeatable readings. The instrument features a powerful CAL CHECK validation function to verify performance using NIST traceable standards and includes an auto-shut off feature to conserve battery life.

The meter measures ammonia nitrogen content in the 0.00 to 9.99 mg/L (ppm) range.
The method is an adaptation from ASTM Manual of Water and Environmental Technology, D1426-93, Nessler Method.
The instrument turns off after 10 minutes of non-use in measurement mode or after 1 hour if left in calibration mode.
The required reagents are HI 93715A-0 (First Reagent) and HI 93715B-0 (Second Reagent).
