This document is an instruction manual for HI 95729C Fluoride Low Range ISM
The HI 95729 is an auto-diagnostic portable microprocessor meter designed to measure fluoride levels in drinking, surface, and waste waters within a range of 0.00 to 2.00 mg/L (ppm). The instrument utilizes an advanced optical system based on a tungsten lamp and a narrow band interference filter at 575 nm, employing the SPADNS method adapted from EPA Method 340.1.
The device features a positive-locking cuvet system to ensure consistent positioning for accurate readings. It includes factory calibration with an option to restore it via the CAL CHECK function and utilizes a 9V battery. The meter is splash-proof and equipped with display codes to aid routine operation, including auto-shutoff after periods of non-use.
