The R1173x Series is a CMOS-based LDO regulator featuring 1A output. It offers almost the same basic performances as the R1172x Series, but with excellent load regulation.
The R1173x Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring a 1A output. This series offers excellent load regulation and is available in two versions: a standard version with an internally set output voltage and an adjusted version where the voltage is set with an external resistor. The adjusted version is useful for advanced production when the final output voltage is not yet determined.
