It introduces the 'Agilent Value Promise,' which guarantees a minimum of 10 years of system life from the purchase date or a trade-in credit for replacement models. This promise applies specifically to gas and liquid chromatography systems, including GC/MS, LCG/MS, and ICP-MS. This manual is written in German.

It guarantees a minimum of 10 years of system life from the purchase date, or a trade-in credit if upgrading to a replacement model.
Support is reduced when the guaranteed support period drops to seven years, at which point the instrument is informed that it is nearing the end of production.
