Its optical characteristics include a forward voltage of 4.00~4.60 V, a reverse current of 100µA, an emission intensity of 1000.00~2000.00 mcd, a viewing angle of 120°, a peak wavelength of 502 nm, a dominant wavelength of 505 nm, and a spectral line half-width of 38 nm.
