eArray 7.0 has now been extended to include custom design support for Agilent’s new SurePrint G3 CGH+SNP microarrays so you can detect LOH, UPD and other copy-neutral changes from a single microarray. This online application offers unprecedented flexibility and functionality of custom array design — at no charge!
eArray 7.0 is an online application that allows users to create custom designs for Agilent's new SurePrint G3 CGH+SNP microarrays. This extension enables the detection of Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH), Uniparental Disomy (UPD), and other copy-neutral changes from a single array, offering unprecedented flexibility at no charge.
Users can create designs using their own probes, Agilent probe design tools, public databases like NCBI's GenBank, or the Agilent Human CGH/CNY Probe database containing over 28 million prequalified CGH probes and 65,000 SNPs. The tool supports various feature array formats including 60K, 180K, 400K, and 1M.
The arrays can detect LOH, UPD, and other copy-neutral changes from a single microarray.
Users can select from 60K, 180K, 400K, or 1M feature array formats.
The application supports reference samples NA12878, NA12891, NA18507, NA18517 and NA18579.
