About this manual

The Varian Turbo-V 301 Navigator is a major evolution in plug-and-pump technology that reduces power consumption and bearing temperature to extend pump life. It delivers 306 liter/second performance using half the power of previous models while maintaining flexibility for system integration.

Engineered with an AC induction motor and ceramic bearings, the pump operates from atmospheric pressure up to ultimate vacuum without issues. The redesigned Macrotorr pumping section allows foreline operating pressures up to 16 mbar (12 Torr). It is available in complete systems or as separate pumps and controllers compatible with various voltages.
