This document introduces EcoSpheres™ and EnviroPrep™ environmental and food safety monitoring sample clean-up solutions. They can easily isolate pesticides and priority pollutants from high molecular weight interferences using GPC.
Varian, Inc., now part of Agilent Technologies, offers two materials for the clean-up of environmental and food samples using Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC): EcoSpheres and EnviroPrep. These solutions are designed to remove high molecular weight interferences such as lipids, pigments, proteins, humic acids, and plasticizers from complex biological matrices before analysis by GC, HPLC, or LC/MS.

They ensure simple interpretation of analysis, improve accuracy and linearity to lower detection limits, reduce equipment damage risk, and improve overall analysis quality.
EcoSpheres and EnviroPrep materials comply with EPA method 3640A, DFG 519, EN1528, and EN12393.
