About this manual

The Agilent Turbo-V 2300 TwisTorr is a fully integrated turbo pumping system based on Varian's well-known hybrid Turbo Molecular Pump design. It introduces new spiral drag technology that achieves unmatched performance in both pumping speed and compression ratio within the most compact space available.

Designed for scientific and research applications, this pump features state-of-the-art electronics with a dedicated full display rack controller. The TwisTorr technology allows for very high foreline pressure tolerance, enabling the use of smaller, cost-effective dry scroll pumps like the TS600 to create fully UHV-compatible solutions.
