STMicroelectronics TS393C Dual CMOS Voltage Comparator Datasheet

The TS393C,I,M are STMicroelectronics' micropower CMOS dual voltage comparators with extremely low consumption (9µA typ / comparator) and extremely low input offset currents (1pA typ). This comparator works in the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and has similar performance with the dual micropower comparator TS3702.

About this manual

The TS393C is a micropower CMOS dual voltage comparator designed for extremely low consumption, drawing 9A typical per comparator. It is pin-to-pin and functionally compatible with the bipolar LM393, offering similar response times while operating on a wide single supply range of 2.7V to 16V or dual supplies of ±1.35V to ±8V.

The device features extremely low input bias current (1pA typical) and input offset voltage (5mV typical at 3V supply). It is available in several plastic packages including DIP8, SO8, and TSSOP8, with operating temperature ranges varying by part number from 0°C to +70°C up to -55°C to +125°C.
