This document introduces the features and characteristics of Telcom Semiconductor, Inc.'s TC4426/TC4427/TC4428 1.5A dual high-speed power MOSFET drivers. This series of products has high peak output current, wide operating range, high capacitive load drive capability, short delay time, low supply current, low output impedance, latch-up protection and other features.
The TC4426/4427/4428 are improved versions of the earlier TC426/427/428 family of buffer/drivers. They are pin compatible with the TC426/427/428 and feature high peak output current of 1.5A. These drivers are designed to switch 1000 pF gate capacitances in under 30 nsec and provide low impedances in both ON and OFF states.
