This document introduces the features and characteristics of Telcom Semiconductor, Inc.'s TC4426/TC4427/TC4428 1.5A dual high-speed power MOSFET drivers. This series of products has high peak output current, wide operating range, high capacitive load drive capability, short delay time, low supply current, low output impedance, latch-up protection and other features.

This is a high current buffer/driver that can drive large MOSFETs and IGBTs. It has good anti-interference ability and can work at 3V to 18V voltage.

The TC54 series CMOS voltage detector, with extremely low 1µA operating current and small surface-mount packaging, is especially suitable for battery-powered applications. Each part is laser trimmed to the desired threshold voltage, which can be specified from 2.1V to 6.0V, in 0.1V steps. The device includes a comparator, low-current high-precision reference, laser-trimmed divider, hysteresis circuit and output driver. The TC54 is available with either an open-drain or complementary output stage. In operation, the TC54's output (VOUT) remains in the logic HIGH state as long as VIN is greater than the specified threshold voltage (V–DET). When VIN falls below V–DET, the output is driven to a logic LOW. VOUT remains LOW until VIN rises above V–DET by an amount VHYST, whereupon it resets to a logic HIGH.

The TC7211AM is a CMOS direct drive, 4-digit, 7-segment display decoder and driver. It features input and digit select data latches, an RC oscillator for backplane drive signal generation, elimination of DC bias to maximize LCD lifetime, a backplane input/output pin for synchronization of cascaded devices, and binary and BCD input decoding to Code B output format.

12-bit plus sign integrating A/D converter with overrange indication, low noise, 1pA input current, no zero adjustment needed, TTL-compatible, byte-organized tri-state outputs, UART handshake mode.

The TC7106A and TC7107A are 3-1/2 digit direct-display drive analog-to-digital converters that allow existing 7106/7107 based systems to be upgraded. Each device has a precision reference voltage with a maximum temperature coefficient of 20ppm/°C. This represents a 4 to 7 times improvement over similar 3-1/2 digit converters. Existing 7106 and 7107 based systems can achieve higher accuracy by replacing the chips.

The TC7106A and TC7107A are 3-1/2 digit direct-display drive analog-to-digital converters that allow existing 7106/7107 based systems to be upgraded. Each device has a precision reference with a 20ppm/°C max temperature coefficient. This represents a 4 to 7 times improvement over similar 3-1/2 digit converters. Existing 7106 and 7107 based systems may be upgraded.

TCN75 is a temperature sensor with programmable threshold and hysteresis. It works at 2.7V-5.5V and -55℃~125℃.

The TC1029 is a low power dual operational amplifier designed by Telcom Semiconductor. Its maximum supply current is 8µA and it can work with a power supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5V. It is widely used in battery operated applications, power supply circuits and consumer products.

The TC9400/TC9401/TC9402 are low-cost voltage-to-frequency (V/F) converters, utilizing low-power CMOS technology. The converters accept a variable analog input signal and generate an output pulse train, whose frequency is linearly proportional to the input voltage. The devices can also be used as highly accurate frequency-to-voltage (F/V) converters, accepting virtually any input frequency waveform and providing a linearly proportional voltage output. A complete V/F or F/V system only requires the addition of two capacitors, three resistors, and reference voltage.
