X76F128 is a security storage device from Xicor with 64-bit password security, programmable passwords, retry counter, 400kHz clock rate, 2-wire serial interface and many other features.
The X76F128 is a Secure SerialFlash memory device containing a 131072-bit array and a 512-bit array. Access to these memory arrays is controlled by two 64-bit passwords for read and write operations, with a separate password for resetting the device and clearing memory. The device features a proprietary Direct Write cell technology.
