DALLAS Semiconductor DS1847 handbook

The DS1847 is a temperature controlled variable resistor from Texas Instruments, which has two linear variable resistors. The resistors can be changed every 2°C in the range of -40°C to +95°C. The device can access temperature data and device control via a 2-wire serial bus.
