The LCDAxxC-1 series is a low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array designed to protect sensitive CMOS ICs from the damaging effects of electrostatic discharge (ESD) and lightning. These devices are optimized for high-speed telecom and datacom interfaces, offering low capacitance (< 15pF) to prevent signal degradation while handling up to 20 Amps for an 8/20us lightning impulse.
