This data sheet is the AGP circuit diagram of Lenovo X300 notebook computer
The SC1112 is designed for high-speed motherboards to provide power for system AGTL bus termination voltage, chipset, and clock circuitry. It includes three linear controllers with an adjustable output and two selectable outputs for VTT (1.25V or 1.5V) and AGP (1.5V or 3.3V). The device tracks the 3.3V power supply as it cycles on and off.
| Supply Voltage (5VSTBY) | 4.75 V to 5.25 V |
|---|---|
| Operating Temperature Range | 0 to +70 °C |
| VTT Output Voltage (SC1112) | 1.25 V typical |
| AGP Output Voltage (SC1112) | 1.5V or 3.3V |
| Tracking Difference | up to 200mV |
The SC1112 provides selectable outputs of 1.25V or 1.5V for VTT, and 1.5V or 3.3V for AGP.
The device is designed for Pentium III motherboards that require triple power supplies.
