About this manual

The SN74CBT3257 is a 4-bit 1-of-2 high-speed TTL-compatible field-effect transistor (FET) multiplexer and demultiplexer. Its low on-state resistance allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay, making it suitable for switching applications between two ports.

The device features output-enable (OE) and select-control (S) inputs that determine which of the B1 or B2 outputs is connected to the A input data. It operates over a supply voltage range of 4V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
