The KK74AC574 is an eight-bit 3-state non-inverting D flip-flop, high-performance silicon-gate CMOS, output directly interfaces to CMOS, NMOS and TTL, operating voltage range 2.0 to 6.0V, low input current 1.0 uA; 0.1 uA @ 25°C, high noise immunity characteristic of CMOS devices, output source/sink 24 mA
The Kodenshi KK74AC574 is a high-performance silicon-gate CMOS device identical in pinout to the LS/ALS574 and HC/HCT574. It features eight noninverting D flip-flops with three-state outputs, allowing data to be clocked to the outputs on the rising edge of the Clock signal. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs, and with pull-up resistors, they are also compatible with LS/ALS outputs.
| Operating Voltage Range | 2.0 to 6.0 V |
|---|---|
| Low Input Current | 1.0 uA; 0.1 uA @ 25°C |
| Operating Temperature Range | -40° to 85° C |
| Outputs Source/Sink Current | 24 mA |
The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LS/ALS outputs.
Data meeting the setup time is clocked to the outputs with the rising edge of the Clock.
