About this manual

The Agilent MassHunter Study Manager Software allows users to create and execute various types of studies, including worklist-only, bioanalysis, drug discovery screening, and optimizer automation. A study consists of grouped samples that can be organized into a worklist for analysis or used with the Optimizer program.

Users can manage these studies through the Pending Studies table and the Study Queue, which executes studies sequentially. The software interface includes tabs for settings and ribbon buttons to start, stop, submit, and monitor study status.
