The Agilent G2724AA Spectrum Mill Extractor for Applied Biosystems/MDS Sciex QSTAR Data Files is a collection of tools for high-throughput processing of MS and MS/MS spectra to provide protein and peptide identifications and relative quantitation. It enables use of the Spectrum Mill workbench with QSTAR *.wiff files, extracting and preparing raw data for further processing. It performs various operations on MS/MS data, such as extracting and merging nearby spectra, assigning precursor charges, centroiding the spectra, calculating spectral features, and filtering spectra by quality. It also enables quantitation by calculating extracted ion chromatograms. For MS-only data files, it extracts, averages, and centroids the data.
