This document is a technical data manual for the Schottky Series 548/745 Programmable Read-Only Memories (PROMs) manufactured by Texas Instruments. These monolithic TTL devices utilize titanium-tungsten (Ti-W) fuse links to store data, offering flexibility for system design upgrades and new applications.
| Fuse Link Material | Titanium-Tungsten (Ti-W) |
|---|---|
| Programming Pulse Duration | 100 microseconds |
| Operating Temperature (SN54S) | -55°C to +125°C |
| Operating Temperature (SN74S) | 0°C to +70°C |
Data is electrically programmed by open-circuiting Ti-W metal links using a voltage pulse.
A programming pulse of at least 98 microseconds is required.
The supply must be capable of providing a minimum of 200 mA.
