The BU90LV047A is a 4-bit LVDS driver produced by ROHM. It operates in a wide clock range of 8MHz to 150MHz and supports 35 to 70 bits of data. The BU90LV047A uses a low swing mode to further reduce EMI.
The ROHM BUSOLV047A is an LVDS interface IC that can operate from 8 MHz to 150 MHz clock rates and supports data rates up to 500 Mbps (250 MHz). It offers low‑swing signaling, selectable differential swing levels, and complies with the TIA/EIA‑644 LVDS standard. The device is supplied in an SSOP‑B16 package and is suitable for a range of applications such as LCD‑TV, car navigation, copiers, medical equipment and vending machines.
