The BU7620GUW is a monaural 16‑bit audio codec LSI featuring a microphone amplifier with ALC, a line amplifier, a BTL speaker amplifier (400 mW @ 8 Ω), 48‑step electronic volume, and a built‑in PLL supporting multiple reference clocks. It is intended for record and playback devices such as digital voice recorders.
The document lists absolute maximum ratings, operating conditions, detailed electrical characteristics, a full register map, and pin‑out descriptions. It also includes cautions for over‑temperature, over‑voltage, and electromagnetic interference, as well as application notes for circuit design.
