This document describes the features and characteristics of the REF02 precision voltage reference/temperature transducer, including 5V output, temperature voltage output, adjustment range, temperature stability, low noise, and low supply current.
The REFO2 precision voltage reference provides a stable 5 V output that can be adjusted over a +6 % range while maintaining excellent temperature stability. It operates from a single supply of 7 V to 40 V and draws only about 1 mA of supply current, making it suitable for portable instrumentation, DACs, ADCs and digital voltmeters.
The device is available in several package types (TO‑99, PDIP, SOIC, LCC) and includes built‑in ESD protection. Detailed electrical specifications, absolute maximum ratings and typical performance curves are provided in the datasheet.
