Analog Devices AD815 Differential Driver Datasheet

AD815 is a high output current differential driver composed of two high performance amplifiers that can deliver a minimum of 500mA output current. AD815 is typically configured as a differential driver, capable of outputting a 40Vpp signal on ±15V supplies, and can be further enhanced with the use of an enhanced SOIC package.

About this manual

The AD815 is a high‑speed differential driver offering up to 500 mA minimum output drive, 40 V p‑p differential output, and low distortion (-66 dB THD @1 MHz). It is suited for ADSL, HDSL, VDSL line interfaces, video distribution, and coil/transformer drivers.

Three package options are available (15‑lead through‑hole, 15‑lead surface‑mount, and 24‑lead thermally‑enhanced SOIC) that operate over an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C and include thermal‑shutdown protection.
