The CM431A is a three-terminal adjustable shunt voltage regulator with specified thermal stability and pin-to-pin compatible with the earlier 431 series from Champion Microelectronic Corporation. It has a 1.0% initial voltage reference accuracy, sink current capability from 1mA to 100mA, a typical output dynamic impedance less than 200mΩ, adjustable output voltage from VREF to 18V, available in SOT-23, SOT-89, TO-92, and SOP-8 packages, low output noise, and a typical equivalent full range temperature coefficient of 30ppm/°C.
