Analog PDA2446 Pigtailed PIN Photodiodes Technical Data

PDA2446 is a planar InGaAs PIN photodiode with high responsivity, high linearity, low back reflection and high bandwidth. It is manufactured using MOVPE growth technology and is suitable for applications such as CATV/CCTV and Fiber in the Loop (FITL).
