This document introduces the common precautions of the M3G C B-339 product, which meets RoHS standards and has a minimum packaging unit of 100 pieces.
The G3MC series solid‑state relays are compact, thin‑profile devices designed for printed‑circuit‑board mounting. They feature an integrated printed substrate, terminals and heat‑sink, offering DC input to AC output with load currents up to 1 A (40 °C) or 2 A (25 °C). Models are available with or without zero‑cross detection to suit phase‑control applications.
The handbook lists electrical ratings, mechanical dimensions, environmental limits, and recommended wiring and soldering practices. It also includes performance data such as leakage current, insulation resistance, voltage drop, vibration and impact ratings, and guidance for handling surge voltages and thermal management during multi‑unit installations. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Input voltage options | DC5 V, 12 V, 24 V |
|---|---|
| Maximum load current | 1 A (40 °C), 2 A (25 °C) |
| Output voltage drop | ≤1.6 V RMS |
| Leakage current | ≤1 mA (AC100 V), ≤1.5 mA (AC200 V) |
| Insulation resistance | ≥1000 MΩ (DC500 V) |
| Operating temperature range | -30 °C to +80 °C |
| Operating humidity | 45 %–85 % RH |
| Vibration resistance | 10‑55 Hz, 0.375 mm single, 0.75 mm double amplitude |
| Impact resistance | 1000 m/s² |
The G3MC series supports three DC input voltages: 5 V, 12 V, and 24 V.
The relay can handle up to 1 A at 40 °C or 2 A at 25 °C, depending on the model.
Solder the terminals at temperatures below 260 °C for less than 10 seconds to avoid damage.
