About this manual

The A29010 is a 5.0 V‑only CMOS flash memory organized as 128 Kbytes (128 K × 8 bits) with flexible 32 KB sector architecture. It is offered in 32‑pin PLCC, TSOP and PDIP packages and can be programmed in‑system without a separate VPP supply.

Key capabilities include fast access times (55 ns, 70 ns, 90 ns), typical active read current of 20 mA, program/erase current of 30 mA, and a standby current of 1 pA. The device supports full‑chip erase, sector protection, erase‑suspend/resume, and is compatible with JEDEC single‑power‑supply flash standards.
