A31W33128 Series Preliminary LCD Controller-Driver is a CMOS LCD driver produced by AMIC Technology, Inc. It has 128 segments and 17 or 33 common graphic displays. It has 80/68 series 8-bit parallel and serial interface capability for operating with general CPU. The internal 65 x 128 display data RAM makes the display of both graphics and characters possible. Besides the general LCD driver features, it has on chip internal DC/DC converter/External Power supply, Dual/Triple booster, 2 internal Icon common Output systems, TCP package and Gold bumps.
