The B82422H is part of EPCOS' SIMID series of surface‑mount inductors. It features a ferrite drum core, laser‑welded winding, and flame‑retardant encapsulation, offering very high current handling capability and suitability for reflow soldering per JEDEC J‑STD‑020C.
Typical applications include filtering of supply voltages, coupling, decoupling, DC/DC converters, automotive electronics, and telecommunications. The part is supplied in 8 mm blister tape or on reels (180 mm or 330 mm) and complies with RoHS and AEC‑Q200 qualifications.
