About this manual

The Golden Dragon Plus series from OSRAM offers high‑efficiency thin‑film LEDs in three colour variants (red, amber, yellow) with a compact SMD package and clear silicone lens. Typical luminous flux at 400 mA reaches 60 Im (red), 74 Im (amber) and 55 Im (yellow) while the viewing angle is 170°.

The devices are designed for SMT assembly, support reflow soldering and meet RoHS requirements. Electrical ratings include a forward voltage of about 2.2 V (red) at 400 mA, a maximum forward current of 1 A, surge current up to 2.5 A and operation from –40 °C to 125 °C. Detailed wavelength groups and brightness classes are listed for each colour variant.
