AD8031/AD8032 are 2.7V, 800µA, 80MHz rail-to-rail I/O amplifiers from Analog Devices.
The AD8031 (single) and AD8032 (dual) are voltage‑feedback op‑amps that operate from +2.7 V to +12 V (or dual supplies to –6 V). They provide rail‑to‑rail input and output, 80 MHz –3 dB bandwidth, 30 V/µs slew rate and 125 ns settling time while drawing less than 4 mW from a +5 V supply. These characteristics make them suitable for high‑speed battery‑operated systems, portable test instruments, A/D buffers and active filters.
The devices are offered in 8‑lead plastic DIP, 8‑lead SOIC, 5‑lead SOT‑23‑5 and 8‑lead mSOIC packages, with absolute maximum ratings of +12.6 V supply and up to 1.3 W dissipation. Detailed specifications cover dynamic performance, distortion, noise, input‑output characteristics, power supply rejection and temperature behavior. This manual is written in Chinese.
